The Cut is a presale real estate development in East Vancouver, BC. To creatively introduce Phase 2 in the fall, the client hosted a pumpkin patch community event, inviting visitors to pick a pumpkin, explore a haunted house, and learn about the new release. I developed a unique brand identity for the event and executed a multi-channel marketing campaign, promoting it through affiliate blogs, targeted email outreach, and IG/Meta ads to drive engagement and attendance.
